I’m Karen Debono, founder of Karen’s HR.​With over 15 years’ experience across diverse industries, I’ve worked alongside business owners, leaders and managers navigating the real-world challenges of people management — from performance issues and compliance risk through to leadership capability, and workplace culture.​​ My approach is grounded in a compliance-first foundation.
