When these problems are left unchecked, they escalate, however handled early, they rarely do.....and that's where I come in.

I’m Karen Debono, founder of Karen’s HR.

With over 15 years’ experience across diverse industries, I’ve worked alongside business owners, leaders and managers navigating the real-world challenges of people management — performance issues, compliance risks, leadership capability, and workplace culture.

I built Karen’s HR to provide commercially focused HR support that goes beyond templates and theory.

My approach combines:

Headquartered in Melbourne, I support businesses across Victoria, South Australia, and Far North Queensland, working remotely and on-site where required.
